Developments are starting to spring up along the road close to Secret Beach. Many businesses (grocery stores, schools, churches, gas stations) have already bought property and are planning to build as this “new San Pedro” starts to take shape.
What is great about this area:
- If you have limited funds to purchase a piece of paradise on Ambergris Caye, there are currently lots inside planned developments for sale for as low as $20,000.
- If you want the dream of the postcard perfect picture beach paradise, you can still find that on Ambergris Caye while on other more developed islands, this opportunity is either not available or 10 times the price.
