About Jason

Jason first visited Belize in 2006 and quickly discovered why people fall in love with the country. Swimming with sharks, deep sea fishing, and diving for lobster will do that to you. When the opportunity came in 2014 to change careers and work with his brother in Belize, he made the leap.

For more than a decade, Jason has helped real estate investors understand the opportunities on Ambergris Caye. Jason and his wife knew that Belize is so much more than crystal clear water and watersports and they wanted their children to experience the culture of Belize so they moved their family down to the island fulltime. Their kids attended Island Academy and made friends from around the world. Jason's happy to share firsthand what it is like to raise a family in this unique Caribbean community.

Jason and his wife Cindy enjoy traveling and planning their next adventure together. His favorite island ritual is driving over to Secret Beach, soaking in the serene views, and watching the west side of the island grow week by week. There is a good chance that five or ten years from now, many people will look back and wonder why they didn't pick up more property on that side of the island. The sunsets and views over there are simply epic.
